Whether your involvement is individual or part of a organization, a helping hand is also appreciated. We have different levels of involvement that volunteers can participate in. The Greater Nashua Continuum of Care has successfully applied for and received funding to complete a strategic planning process and to enhance our Coordinated Entry (CE) system. This funding will help guide future activities of the GNCOC in its efforts to identify homeless households and move them from homelessness into the most appropriate housing program.

The GNCOC Executive Committee and Ending Homelessness Committee continue to look at ways to improve our local CE process and tie into State initiatives around a state-wide CE process.
